We’ve had a lot of fun creating Bella. Now I want to find someone who’ll get just as much satisfaction from running it.
Bella is bold, feminine and larger than life. On Wind Street, Swansea, we’re bringing together cocktails, great food, music, karaoke and plenty of reasons to get your friends together.
Downstairs, a fun, fast cocktail bar, a small stage, DJs on peak nights and a great playlist always on. Upstairs, private karaoke rooms and a 100-capacity bar for public karaoke.
There’s plenty here to play with. Entertainment, events, private parties, impromptu nights out. The opportunity is to make both floors busy and give people a place they keep coming back to.
We created Bella as a team. You’ll have a big say in how we bring it to life, from what’s happening in the venue to how we get people talking about it. Our marketing team will work alongside you to turn ideas into interest and bookings.
And you’ll run the business. Great food and drink, a team that takes pride in the place, service that holds up when it gets busy, and a firm grip on sales, labour, stock and profit. Being out on the floor and getting stuck in is part of it.
You’ll have me and the CHG support team behind you. Creative Hospitality Group has a rather flat hierarchy, with organised processes to support the operation and people who are always looking to improve them. Your ideas can influence the wider company as well as Bella.
Your experience might come from bars, restaurants, hotels or elsewhere in hospitality. We’re open to different backgrounds. What matters is the experience, judgement and appetite you bring to running the place.
The basic salary is £38,000–£45,000, depending on experience and capability. We’re developing a bonus scheme, and you’ll be able to help shape it.
The role is full time and permanent, with evenings, weekends and peak trading central to it.
