Regional Business Development Manager – Pubs (South West)

Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a Business Development Manager covering Southampton & Portsmouth. You will manage around 37 pubs, own the P&L, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver strong retail performance and customer experience.

You’ll design and implement tailored business plans with pub operators, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Pub Operations, Estates and Property teams to ensure profitability and sustainable communities.
