Hybrid Payroll Product Owner – Europe & WFM

RED is seeking a skilled Global Payroll Product Owner to drive payroll technology deployments and strategic vendor transitions across Europe, with plans for global expansion. The role is based in Warsaw in a hybrid setup and requires managing complex payroll platforms and integrations.

You will own the product roadmap, oversee UAT, cutover and go-live, and ensure GDPR compliance while coordinating with Time & Attendance and Workforce Management initiatives.
