Lead Refurbishment Site Manager with Car Allowance

Regen Solutions Ltd invites applications for a Site Manager on a brand-new contract across Norwich. You will oversee on-site activities, manage operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and programme milestones are met.

We seek 5+ years’ experience, NVQ/HNC Level 4+, CSCS Gold, SMSTS, first aid, driving license; Gold CSCS; pay around £50k with car allowance. This role covers external planned works and some internal refurbishment across multiple sites.
