Out-of-Hours Operational Manager – Mental Health Services

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an Out of Hours Operational Manager to lead and integrate services operating outside standard hours across the Mental Health Community Pathway.

The role focuses on seamless user and carer journeys, supporting staff, managing complex presentations and incidents, and coordinating across acute liaison, crisis response, police street triage and integrated response hub.
