Operations Manager — Lead Victim Services (Hybrid)

Victim Support is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Dorset service delivery, ensuring high-quality victim services and compliance with standards. The role is hybrid, with travel across the region and a minimum three days per week in the Boscombe office.

You will drive performance, manage a team, and collaborate with external partners to develop services and meet contractual goals. A proactive leader able to navigate policy and safeguarding is essential.
