Scottish Water’s Health & Safety Competence & Training Team invites you to strengthen how competence is defined, assured and improved across operations. You’ll work with Learning & Development and HSE colleagues to turn evidence into practical improvements that keep colleagues safe.

The role covers training assurance reviews, data analysis, reports and dashboards, and continuous improvement projects to embed a positive safety culture.
