£43,000 OTE (inc. basic salary & bonus), Company Car + Benefits
Some salespeople bring a contact book. Others bring the energy that opens doors, wins trust and turns a first conversation into a lasting customer.
We’re looking for an outstanding sales professional with drive, resilience and a personality people remember to take responsibility for the South Midlands/M5 Corridor/S Wales area (Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, South Wales, Bristol & parts of the Cotswolds)
You’ll develop existing retail accounts and win new business – getting out in front of customers, understanding what matters to them and giving them good reasons to buy. The territory is very well established with an excellent existing customer base of retail accounts.
What will make you stand out?

- Drive: you take ownership of your territory and pursue opportunities.
- Personality: you build rapport naturally, listen well and follow through.
Experience selling to retailers would be ideal, particularly if you’ve combined growing existing accounts with opening new ones.
Already sold to independent garden centres? That’s the cherry on the cake.
But it’s absolutely not essential. You could be selling a completely different product today and still be exactly the person we’re looking for.
What matters most is how you approach sales: curiosity, determination, commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships that lead to results.
