Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Growth

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to work in a Community Mental Health Team. You will manage a caseload with autonomy while receiving support from senior staff, shaping the Community Occupational Needs Pathway and improving patient outcomes.

You will deliver OT assessments and interventions, collaborate with health and social care colleagues, and contribute to group programmes within multidisciplinary teams.
