Recovery Support Worker – Part-Time (Mental Health & Independence)

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for the Redcar and Cleveland Supported Housing service. You will provide person-centered support to adults facing mental health challenges, helping them sustain tenancy, build skills and work toward greater independence.

The role is permanent, part-time at 22 hours per week, with a rota that includes sleepovers, weekends and on-call duties. Training and supervision are provided in a supportive environment.
