Enhanced Lives Community Support Worker

BCUHB North Wales is seeking a Band 4 Enhancing Lives Support Worker to deliver community support and wellbeing interventions for adults with complex needs, including trauma-related factors such as substance use and homelessness.

The post involves working with a multi-disciplinary team, following clear protocols, and enabling vulnerable service users to engage with appropriate services for better outcomes. Welsh language is desirable but not essential.
