School-Based Speech & Language Therapist & Coach

Compass Community Schools is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to help shape SLT provision across our schools. You will work with the Education Team and collaborate with SENDCos, therapists and school staff to create environments that enable communication and participation for all learners.

You will contribute to learner reviews, provide practical strategies for staff, and support the SLT Champions program to build sustainable practice across settings.
