Liaison Psychiatry OT – Elderly Mental Health (Flexible)

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to work in the Liaison Psychiatry Service in an acute hospital. You will manage dementia and other mental health challenges in Older people, and apply MOHO-based assessments across inpatient and community settings.

The role requires autonomous assessments, collaboration with Older People’s Specialists, and occasional community follow-up visits. CPD and supervision are priorities within our Trust.
