Bluebell Healthcare Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes.
We are recruiting across:
- South Oxfordshire: Henley-on-Thames, Didcot, Wallingford, Abingdon and surrounding areas.
- Reading & Berkshire
- Wiltshire
- Corby, Northamptonshire
Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support with daily activities.
- Supporting individuals with complex care needs.
- Delivering compassionate palliative and end-of-life care.
- Assisting with mobility and medication (following training).
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate, professional and reliable attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

- Competitive hourly pay: £13.10–£15.77
