Live In Support Worker

Cerisia Homes CIC is recruiting dedicated Live- In Support Workers to help young people develop independence, confidence and essential life skills.

Main Duties

• Support cooking, cleaning, budgeting and daily living skills.
• Provide emotional support and positive guidance.
• Promote education, training and employment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain professional boundaries.
• Complete welfare checks, daily records and incident reports.
• Support young people during challenging situations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

About You

• Compassionate, reliable and patient.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Committed to safeguarding and young people’s wellbeing.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Previous support work experience is desirable.
• Level 3 Children and Young People or equivalent is an advantage.

An enhanced DBS check will be required, subject to eligibility
