Vibrant Living Activities Coordinator

Sycamore Hall Care Home, part of Hill Care Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator (16 hours) to design and deliver a diverse programme of activities tailored to residents. This role aims to create a vibrant, inclusive community with meaningful daily activities.

You will lead individual and group activities, accompany residents on external excursions, supervise volunteers, and contribute to care plans, while maintaining records and supporting wellbeing.
