Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking compassionate Healthcare Support Workers for a 15-bedded male rehab ward. You will work with qualified nurses, HCAs, therapists and doctors in a secure inpatient setting on a 24/7 shift basis.
Successful applicants will undertake a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression course and contribute to delivering evidence-based interventions to service users, promoting recovery, safety and person-centered care.
