Resident Wellbeing Activities Coordinator

Hartford Care Limited is seeking an Activities Coordinator for our care home in Lode Hill, Downton, Salisbury. You will plan and organise engaging activities to promote happiness, wellbeing and a fulfilling daily routine for residents, respecting their preferences and abilities.

You will lead group sessions, provide individual support, and coordinate entertainment while ensuring safety and inclusivity across all activities. A warm, patient approach and excellent communication are essential.
