Job Description:
Provide CIC in Braintree is seeking Support Practitioners to join our team to work flexibly across Fern Lodge, a small care home for up to 8 adults with learning disabilities. Most shifts are day work, with some weekend and waking night shifts available to meet service needs.
You will support residents to live as independently as possible, maintain privacy and dignity, and participate in training opportunities.
