Registered Nurse: Lead Dementia Care (24h)

Pilgrims’ Friend Society’s Bridgemead in Bath is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care while leading and supporting the care team on shift. The role covers 24 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, day and night, in a dementia/respite care setting.

You will work with residents to provide person-centred care, coordinate with GPs and external specialists, and mentor junior staff while ensuring medication safety and accurate records.
