Shift Support Leader: Food Production & Quality

Sensient Technologies Careers is seeking a dynamic Shift Support Leader to assist the Shift Leader in running a busy production team manufacturing flavor products in line with GMP and food hygiene standards. The role involves a rotating two-shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm) and developing the skills of team members.

You will monitor processes, drive improvements, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold health and safety while collaborating with Planning, Quality Control and Warehousing.
