Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough. We have AMS, PMS and NIGHTS to offer Monday to friday.

Shift options:
- 06:00 – 14:00 – AMS – £12.71
- 14:00 – 22:00 – PMS – £12.71
- 22:00-06:00 – NIGHTS – £14.00
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
- Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
- Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
- Safety Awareness: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.
