Equipment Hire & Customer Service Coordinator

UBT is seeking a Hire Customer Service Administrator in Stafford, with relocation to Hixon planned for January 2027. The role combines customer service with administrative coordination of its equipment hire operations, ensuring orders, deliveries and returns are handled efficiently.

You will manage enquiries by phone and email, maintain hire records, and work with CRM and finance systems. A full UK driving licence is desirable, and there is a benefits package and on‑call provision.
