Hybrid Customer Relations Apprentice – Training & Growth

BSI in London (Covent Garden) is offering a Customer Relations Apprentice position within the customer experience team. You will be one of the first contacts for customers, supporting members and non-members with BSI online shop purchases, updating details in CRM, and helping customers self-serve on the websites.

You will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over approximately 12 months, supported by the team to ensure a successful placement and qualification outcome.
