Accrue is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to run the full 360 cycle from Notting Hill. Youll win and develop client relationships with senior sales leaders and founders, build your own network of top candidates, and manage searches from brief to offer.

With 2–3 years in recruitment, youll own your desk, have uncapped commissions, a base salary of £30k-£40k, 25 days holiday and a pension. This is a small, high-performing team where your impact is visible.
