Hybrid Recruitment Coordinator – End-to-End Hiring & Onboarding

Severfield is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid Dalton office role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate requisitions in the ATS, and support hiring managers to attract and onboard high-quality talent across the group.
