Job Description:
Orbit is recruiting a Field Collections Agent to visit customers in their homes and help address outstanding balances with empathy and practical payment options. You will work independently in the field, using an Orbit-issued iPad to update records and coordinate with client services.
The role offers a 40-hour week with the flexibility of shifts from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and potential to condense hours into a 4-day week. A car allowance and uncapped bonus accompany base pay.
