Home Adaptations Officer – Hybrid Role, Make Homes Safer

Wakefield Council is seeking an Adaptations Service worker to provide home adaptations and assessments, enabling safe, independent living. You will work with Occupational Therapists and Grants officers to assess needs and apply practical building solutions in residents’ homes.

Applicants should have GCSEs incl Maths & English, NVQ3 Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a driving licence. The role offers hybrid working, training opportunities, and a strong focus on wellbeing.
