Field-Based Resident Welfare Officer (Housing & Support)

Mears Housing Management is seeking a Resident Welfare Officer to support vulnerable individuals avoid homelessness and transition into settled accommodation. This frontline role blends administrative tasks with practical, pastoral support and safeguarding, spanning diary management, home visits, and referrals.

You’ll inspect properties, raise repairs, coordinate with services, and help service users access health and housing resources while maintaining strong client and team communication.
