Weekend IT Support Engineer — Remote & Customer Champion

Abacus Information Technology Limited is seeking a Weekend Support Engineer to join our UK team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering remote support and ensuring incidents are resolved with professionalism.

The role is 8am-5pm every weekend, with two days off; remote work from home. You will work with Microsoft 365, AD, servers, networking, and security tools while delivering superb customer experience.
