IT Support Officer: Hardware & 1st/2nd Line Support

School of Coding is seeking an IT Support Officer to own day-to-day hardware support across the organisation. The role focuses on laptop provisioning, hardware setup, software updates, stock control and 1st/2nd line staff support.

You will ensure devices are properly configured, issues resolved quickly and staff and students have secure, up-to-date technology. A practical, organised individual with a service-led approach is ideal.
