Lead Family Worker: Transform Families & Communities

Cambridgeshire County Council’s Targeted Support Service is seeking a Family Worker to support families in Ely and across Cambridgeshire. You will apply a whole-family approach, complete Assessments, and act as Lead Professional within a multi‑agency team to tailor targeted interventions that promote positive outcomes for children and carers.

You will organise and deliver group work on parenting, development and relationships.
