Job Description:
Morrisons is looking for a Checkout Team Leader to drive front-end operations in store. You’ll lead a friendly team on the shop floor, stay out front with headsets, and help keep queues moving so customers can shop with ease.
You’ll coach and develop colleagues, uphold high standards, cash handling, and legal requirements. You’ll use store reports and dashboards to spot issues, fix problems quickly, and continuously improve the checkout experience for all customers.
