We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conversion Handler to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, overcoming challenges and maximising opportunities. You’ll play a key role in retaining clients, progressing claims and ensuring customers receive the support they need throughout their claims journey.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in retaining clients, progressing claims and turning missed opportunities into successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Resolving concerns and overcoming objections to retain claims.
- Identifying opportunities to progress pending and rejected claims.
- Supporting clients with vehicle hire arrangements and resolving issues.
- Working with internal teams and external partners to maximise claim conversion.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in telephone-based customer service, sales or retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- A proactive, results-driven and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing challenging conversations in a target-driven environment.
Experience in legal services, personal injury, insurance or claims handling is desirable but not essential.
