Molton Brown, part of Kao’s global cosmetics portfolio, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Broadgate Shopping Centre flagship in London. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary between £37,000 and £39,000 depending on experience.
You’ll lead a high-performing team of Retail Advisors, drive store sales and KPIs, coach staff, and deliver an immersive customer experience while maximizing brand activation and events to engage customers daily.
