Automotive Service & Telesales Advisor – Stoke

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a Customer Centre Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent. You will handle calls to book services, MOTs and repairs, and respond to online inquiries, while proactively booking customers and arranging transport as needed.

You will upsell products to help hit KPIs in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. We value organised, customer-focused professionals with strong sales skills, who are comfortable using company systems and working as part of a team to meet targets.
