Location: Poole

Salary: between £28,000 and £34,000 depending on experience

Main Duties:

You will be in charge of managing customer enquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, handling complaints, monitoring backorders and liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Handle customer enquiries, orders and sample requests by phone and email.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Process orders, manage backorders and keep customers updated on progress.
• Handle initial customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Liaise with sales representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Candidate’s Profile

• Fluency in French would be a real asset
• Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration desirable
• B2B Customer Service experiences desirable
• High level of commercial awareness
• Dynamic personality and team player
• Car owner due to the company’s location

Between £28,000 and £34,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits
