Shift Leader – Flexible Retail Team Lead

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams, deliver excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day operations across departments. You’ll be the go-to person for queries, help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace, and step in for the Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates will have retail leadership experience, a passion for service, and strong communication skills to motivate and instruct colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
