Retrofit Energy Sales Rep – Solar, Heat Pumps & Insulation

GoodPeople is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its domestic retrofit team. You will handle customer enquiries from first contact through to installation, guiding homeowners on Solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps and insulation options.

You will prepare accurate quotations, explain energy savings and financing options, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with surveyors, technical teams and installers to deliver a smooth handover and strong post-sale support.
