What Success Looks Like
Successful Recruitment Consultants at Protocol Education combine strong relationship-building skills with a clear commercial focus. They consistently develop new business, keep candidates engaged, respond quickly to school requirements and maintain control of a busy recruitment desk.
They understand that recruitment requires persistence. Not every call results in a lead, not every candidate remains available and not every opportunity turns into a booking. The ability to respond positively, learn quickly and continue driving activity is essential.
This is not a passive account-management or general customer service position. It is a proactive, telephone-led sales role for someone who wants responsibility, progression and the opportunity to increase their earnings through strong performance.
If you have proven sales and business development experience, enjoy working at pace and are ready to compete in a demanding but rewarding recruitment environment, we would like to hear from you.
