The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our client’s Mayfair flagship.
As an ambassador for the brand, you will create an exceptional boutique experience, nurture lasting client relationships and inspire your team. Working closely with the Operations Director and Founder, you will oversee sales, service and daily operations, ensuring every detail reflects the brand.Drive sales and profitability, delivering store targets through thoughtful planning and proactive KPI management.Offer a warm, personalised client experience, overseeing appointments, after-sales care and the discreet resolution of enquiries.Develop a loyal client base through attentive clienteling, accurate CRM records and considered communications.Recruit, coach and motivate the team, setting clear objectives and supporting individual development.Manage daily operations, including staffing, stock control, store systems and health and safety.Maintain impeccable boutique presentation in keeping with the brand’s identity.Collaborate on seasonal buying, budgets and end-of-season sales plans, using client feedback and performance insights.Build relationships with local hotels and industry contacts, and organise events that introduce clients to the collection.Share regular performance reports and maintain clear communication with the wider business.
You bring extensive management experience in luxury retail and a strong understanding of luxury womenswear. Commercially astute and hands-on, you combine excellent organisational skills with a natural ability to make clients and colleagues feel valued.You are an inspiring team leader with experience in developing talent and coaching, performance management. Above all, you bring warmth, professionalism and discretion, representing the brand with care and confidence.
