Job Description:Our client, a global IT Services organisation is looking for a Business Analyst with Project Management skills (Hybrid BA/PM) to work on a complex programme in the Insurance Underwriting industry.Location – London (hybrid 3 days per week on-site)Duration – 6 months initiallyRate – £440-£470 (inside IR35)Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager roleStrong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledgeExperience delivering complex transformation programsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsExperience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong business and technology translation skillsProven ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomesKey DeliverablesBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional Specifications and User StoriesBusiness Process Maps and WorkflowsProject Plans, Milestone Tracking, and RAID LogsExecutive Status Reports and Governance UpdatesKey Attributes:Strong end-to-end ownership mindsetHands-on and delivery-focused approachExcellent business and technology translation capabilitiesStrong scope, risk, and dependency managementOutcome-oriented and commercially awareAbility to work independently and mobilize quickly
