Head of Finance

• Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
• Reports To: Managing Director
• Role Type: Full-time, commercial and strategic leadership position
• Salary Range: Typically listed between £125,000
• Leadership: Lead and develop the internal finance team while maintaining robust financial controls and reporting.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management teams to drive commercial performance.
• Financial Planning: Prepare management accounts, annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Investment & Appraisals: Support property acquisitions, review development appraisals, project viability, and build costs.
• Banking & Compliance: Oversee banking relationships, covenant management, taxation (including VAT), and real estate financial management.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Background in property investment, development, asset management, or a multi-site operational sector (such as retail, hospitality, or leisure).
• Skills: Strong understanding of real estate financial management, investment appraisal, cash flow forecasting, and commercial analysis
