Head of Digital Estate & Governance (Hybrid)

Royal London is seeking a Digital Estate & Governance Senior Manager to lead a team responsible for our public digital estate. The role focuses on security, accessibility, governance, and high-quality digital experiences, while shaping the roadmap and collaborating with technology, data, and marketing functions.

You will lead, coach and develop the team, manage budget and suppliers, and drive transformation across a highly visible customer channel. Hybrid working 50% home/office.
