Job title Test Manager
Location Hybrid – Regular travel to Central London
Role description The Test Manager will lead the implementation of our Triangle Test Automation product to deliverautomated In-Sprint and /or Regression testingacross complex trading environments.
You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating testing activities across multiple business areas,
ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholderalignment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and manage In-Sprint and Regression scope and planning.
- Oversee execution, reporting, and client communication.
- Manage team performance, resources, and priorities. Provide technical guidance and domain expertise.
- Support technical implementation and troubleshooting.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Test Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience leading testing for complex, business-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of ETRM/CTRM platforms (e.g., Endur, Findur, Allegro) and the wider trading ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with SpecFlow (Reqnroll), GIT, Visual Studio/Rider, and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively across stakeholder teams.
Additional skills & experience
- Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is astrong advantage
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
