Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Compliance & Finance Systems – Inside IR35 – 6 months initial – Hybrid

We’re supporting a global consumer-facing organisation in the search for an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in finance systems compliance, process improvement, and global ERP initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Compliance, supporting large-scale system enhancements and international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance SME for finance systems and ERP-related initiatives.
• Lead finance involvement across global system testing activities, including UAT and stress testing.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure the smooth operation of finance systems and interfaces.
• Support internal and external audit activities, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Analyse and improve finance processes, driving automation and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, analytics, and process optimisation to improve financial insight and controls.
• Work closely with stakeholders across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (or Qualified by Experience).
• Strong experience supporting global ERP implementations, upgrades, or roll-outs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
• Proven background working within complex, international, matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of finance controls, compliance, audit, and system governance.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and international stakeholder groups.
• Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, FMCG, or similarly high-volume environments would be advantageous.
