Remote ML Engineer — Shape AI Reasoning with Data

Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (AI Training) for a fully remote, hourly-contract role. You will craft high-quality reasoning data to teach AI systems how to think like engineers, documenting processes and decisions step by step.

The position offers flexible scheduling between 10 and 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a strong ML or software engineering background, can articulate complex reasoning, and works well independently on open-ended technical tasks.
