Head of Account Growth & Launch (Remote UK)

My Money Matters is seeking a commercially led, high-growth leader to drive revenue across our employer portfolio. You will own expansion targets, lead a team of Account Managers and the Customer Launch Manager, and ensure successful adoption of Payroll Savings, On Demand Pay, and SCAVC pension products.

You will build playbooks, manage renewals, and partner with Marketing and Product to represent the customer voice.
