Coal Rail Siding Operations Leader

Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd is looking for a capable Rail Siding Operations Manager to lead day-to-day coal loading, stock management, and dispatch activities at our site in Scotland. You will coordinate rail wagons, staging, shunting and train schedules while ensuring safety and compliance with mining regulations.

The role requires 5–8 years in coal logistics or bulk handling with supervisory experience, and a strong focus on KPIs, environmental safety, and continuous improvement.
