Research and develop the models behind the Caplia Readiness Index (CRI) and our traction signals, and turn that research into production models.

Why this role matters
The CRI is versioned and re-weighted on real capital outcomes. You’ll design the experiments that improve it, working with our research collaborators, including Oxford Saïd Business School, and take what works into production.

04 Research to production Taking what works from prototype into the product.

A strong applied ML or research track record
Depth in statistics, experimentation and evaluation
You can move from research to production code
Curiosity about how capital finds the strongest companies
Nice to have
Published or applied work in finance, risk or forecasting
Experience working with academic partners
